Frequently asked questions
Is your jewellery nickel-free?
Yes, all our earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, and other pieces are nickel-free. Each jewellery item is clearly labelled to indicate this.
What are your jewelry pieces made of?
Our jewelry is made with organic materials, gold, platinum, silver, and copper of the highest 999.9 purity.
They contain no nickel.
What are your posts, hooks, backings, and clasps made of?
Our posts are made of copper, silver, or a combination of copper, silver, and gold of the highest 999.9 purity.
Our hooks are made of 925 sterling silver.
Our backings are made of 925 sterling silver.
Our clasps are made of 925 sterling silver.
Is the jewellery waterproof?
Fresh water typically won't damage jewellery. However, it may contain minerals or chemicals that can affect natural stones or plating, potentially causing discoloration.
For this reason, we recommend removing your jewellery before contact with water, especially salt water or water containing chemicals (like in pools or cleaning products).
Is there real nature inside?
Yes! Every piece contains a real plant, carefully handpicked, mostly from the Swedish archipelago, sometimes even from the forests and meadows of Poland.
Do you make custom jewellery?
We occasionally accept custom orders. Each request is reviewed individually. Please contact us by email with the details of your custom jewellery idea. We’ll let you know if we can create it and provide you with an initial quote.
Does the plating wear off?
We use a thick layer of high-quality plating on our jewellery. With proper care, it will last a long time. Avoid exposing the jewellery to chemicals, perfumes, or moisture. Remove it before activities like exercising or cleaning.
If the plating eventually fades or wears down, it can be re-plated for a fee to restore its original look.
